When will I receive my Town Love purchase?

Shipped Orders: Your Town Love order will be fulfilled and shipped in early to mid-December in time for the holidays. You will receive an email with your shipping information.

Pick-up Orders: If you chose the “Pick-Up” option during check-out, exact times and location to pick up your order in Oakland will be emailed when your order is ready for pick-up.

Will a receipt be included with my order?

Nope! We believe in keeping things simple and surprise-friendly. No receipts or prices will tag along with your gift box. Instead, you’ll get a shiny email when you place your order, and another one when your Town Love shipment is on the move or ready for pick-up in December. 

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

We’re spreading the love nationwide! From East to West Coast, if you’re in the USA, we’ve got you covered. At this time, we don’t ship internationally, but who knows what the future holds? For now, we’re keeping it local, shipping across the USA only.

Will I be able to track my order once it ships?

Absolutely! Once your box is on its way, you’ll get an email with all the tracking details. 

Can I ship my order to a PO Box?

Yes, you can! Just select USPS as your carrier at checkout, and we’ll make sure your box finds its way to that trusty PO Box.

What if an item in the box is sold out after I place my order?

No worries—we’ve got your back! If something runs out, we’ll replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value. It’s like a surprise upgrade!

How do I send a personal message with my order?

We love personal touches! If you’d like, you can add a short note during the check-out process. 

How do Town Love boxes ship?

Your treasures are carefully packed in standard shipping boxes. If you’re sending a personal note, don’t forget to add it on the cart page—just another way to make someone’s day.
